An Uneasy Wave by cprmay An Uneasy Wave by cprmay
There is something about this shot that is restless, the eye flickers around it adding to the sense of danger the waves create.

Talk about rip and snort...that is the epitome of brute force.  Radical shot!

 What a beautiful shot. Very clear - how did you deal with the spray when taking these wave pictures?

A tea towel (which is slightly damp) is the made technical item... folded and placed over the camera and lense. wait for shot, lift tea towel for a few secs... and replace ASAP. A lens hood and a number of lens cleaning clothes! It's not that easy and I have a water resistent camera and lens - which I clean religiously afterwards along with a shower for the tripod. :)

The green of the waves, with the white spray, reminds me of soapstone..spectacular shot.
